Back in 1993, Delta’s West Bay Shipyard launched hull #7 of its 58-foot SonShip Skylounge series for a client in Miami. Because the flybridge was integral to the superstructure, it was too tall to be delivered via truck to the East Coast (subsequent models were designed with removable radar arches).
